Llanfair Caereinion Show - Arts and Crafts Entry Form

Entries Close Saturday, 29th August 2026.
The Show Committee have agreed not to charge entry fees.
All competitors and any passengers will pay the full admission fee.

No exhibit having previously won at Llanfair Show may be entered.
The tent will be open from 8:00am to receive entries.
Exhibits must be staged in the Marquee by 10:00am.
Judging will commence 10.30am prompt.
PLEASE collect exhibits between 5:00pm – 5:30pm. Stewards will NOT be responsible for any articles left after 5:30pm
